Thirty-five years of
neighbors organizing.
Neighborhood associations were first organized in San Bernardino about 35 years ago. Collectively they have made a real difference — in individual neighborhoods and across the whole city.
We focus on improving our quality of life and building relationships among residents, businesses, schools, churches, and with our public officials. We advocate for civic engagement and building relationships.
We all want the same thing for our community — safe, friendly, inclusive, desirable, beautiful, and with more opportunities. We want it to thrive. When neighbors and neighborhoods come together around common goals it is empowering, and much influence is gained.

To enhance the quality of life within our community of multifaceted neighborhoods through empowerment, collaboration and shared resources. To advocate for positive changes for San Bernardino and its neighborhoods.
Goals and objectives

- Work collaboratively toward solutions to community concerns
- Contribute to improved public safety and crime prevention
- Promote neighborhood beautification and code compliance
- Support neighborhood emergency preparedness
